By accessing and using StudyAbroad Africa, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. About Our Service

StudyAbroad Africa is an online platform designed to help West African students find and match with international universities. We provide university information, matching tools, scholarship listings, and consultation services. We are based in England, UK, supporting students in Nigeria and Ghana.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Premium Subscriptions

We offer three premium plans: Monthly (£2.50), Yearly (£12.50), and Lifetime (£25). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to our Refund Policy.

5. Consultation Services

We offer 30-minute consultations at £30 per session. These are advisory sessions only. We do not guarantee university admission outcomes. All advice is given in good faith based on publicly available information.

6. Accuracy of Information

We strive to keep university information accurate and up to date. However, requirements and fees change frequently. Always verify information directly with the university before applying. StudyAbroad Africa is not liable for decisions made based on information on this Platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform is the property of StudyAbroad Africa and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

StudyAbroad Africa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Last updated: February 2026.
