Refund Policy
1. Overview
At StudyAbroad Africa, we are committed to providing a valuable service to West African students seeking international university opportunities. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our premium subscription plans and consultation services.
2. Premium Subscription Plans
Monthly Plan (£2.50/month): You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. No refunds will be issued after 7 days or for subsequent monthly renewals.
Yearly Plan (£12.50/year): You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, a pro-rated refund may be issued for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion.
Lifetime Plan (£25 one-time): Due to the nature of lifetime access, refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only, provided you have not made extensive use of the premium features.
3. Book a Consultation (£30)
Consultation fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at studyabroadafrica0001@gmail.com. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at studyabroadafrica0001@gmail.com with your full name, email, plan purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the refund. We aim to process all requests within 5-7 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Requests made outside the eligible refund window
- Accounts in violation of our Terms of Service
- Completed consultation sessions
- Subscription renewals (cancel before renewal date to avoid charges)
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.
